An exceptional summer, dry and warm, lead to high ripeness and perfect maturity for the grapes, with balanced acidity. 2009 is undoubtedly a great vintage. Sourced only from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. 53% Pinot Meunier from Montagne de Reims 47% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs Boasting a complex nose with refined white peach and citrus fruit from the Chardonnay and brioche notes and great autolytic complexity from extended time sur lie. A generous, well structured palate, with plush fruit notes and rich texture thanks to a high level of Pinot Meunier. Low vineyard yields and respectful winemaking ensures a long , fine finish.
