Flowing in the Valley of the Deer since 1887, our family’s signature expression is the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky*. With a unique freshness from the same Highland spring water we’ve used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Grant always insisted upon. Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours. Creamy with a long, smooth and mellow finish, our 12 Year Old is the perfect example of Glenfiddich’s unique Speyside style and is widely proclaimed the best dram in the valley.

Exemplifying the family’s tradition of innovation, this 15 Year Old expression is created using a technique pioneered by the Malt Master and its warm, spicy flavours are transformed with the alchemy of the Solera Vat.
Never emptied, and kept half full of whiskies since 1998, the Solera Vat is the culmination of curious minds and the pioneering spirit of the Glenfiddich family. It’s also the secret behind this whisky becoming the first 15 year old expression to enter the top ten best selling single malts.
An intriguingly complex aroma. Sweet heather honey and vanilla fudge combined with rich dark fruits. Silky smooth, revealing layers of sherry oak, marzipan, cinnamon and ginger. Full-bodied and bursting with flavour.

A stalwart from Speyside, the Balvenie distillery is just next door to Glenfiddich and is known for its custardy, creamy style of whisky. This 'Doublewood' expression is a combination of two cask types, one American oak and the other from Spanish sherry casks. Sherry and honey mingle together along with dried fruits, Christmas spices and baking green apples. A classic expression of Scotland's famous Speyside region.
On the nose, gristy, supple nuttiness intertwined with spices. Honeyed sultanas and grapes. Hugely inviting. Sweet palate with good body. The bourbon characters develop; gentle spice with a little vanilla, a hint of balancing peat lurking quietly in the substrata. Dried fruit too, combining with nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, back into the bourbon notes - so well integrated. Spicy finish, slightly drying, still sweet.

GOLD MEDAL: International Spirits Challenge
The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14 year old single malt whisky has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum.
To create the ideal finish Malt Master David C. Stewart MBE filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

This light and fruity expression is finished for eight months in Port pipes from Porto Cruz, the N°1 Porto company in the world. The spirit picks up intense embellishments of summer fruit, dark chocolate and cinnamon and a distinct pink hue.
