In a world filled with conventions and rules, it had to bend a couple to make it easier for all to enjoy a good whisky in a time when good whisky was a luxury. Sheep Dip is a small batch, handcrafted, premium blended malt Scotch whisky. Inspired by the illicit distilling practiced by farmers of old, it marries together single malt whiskies from around Scotland in an enigmatically refined blend that packs plenty of punch.

Finesse and elegance gives way to a majestic assertion of pure malty flavours drawn from the principal distilling regions of Scotland. Each area forges and makes its own inimitable contribution to this outstanding pure malt blend - the main expressions hailing from the Highlands and Speyside Valleys.

This deep amber whiskey has a complex aroma of vanilla, mint and molasses. Pleasantly sweet to the taste with notes of brown sugar and spice that give way to oak,  toffee, dark fruit and anise. This whiskey finishes long and smooth with serious depth.

The first distillery to blend three malts, Monkey Shoulder is made from a trio of fine Speyside single malts—Glenfiddich, Balvenie, Kininvie. Once selected, the malts are left to mature in bourbon casks for a length of time only the "malt master" knows. This process lends the whiskey subtle, but distinct smokey notes of oak that compliment the spirit's naturally sweet vanilla and brown sugar flavours. Each batch contains just 27 individually taste-tested casks to keep quality consistently up to grade.

Re-launched in 2006 making it the first new Templeton product in over a decade, this middle-aged bottling has a soft rye nose-feel and aromas of shellac, light spice, dark rye bread and sweet oak. Genteel, well-rounded and slightly oily in the mouth, flavours of apple pie, cinnamon, muddled mint and low-key rye spices complete this soft and very accessible expression.

A 100% rye made in Brunswick, Melbourne from all-Australian grain grown in the Mallee. Following double distillation the whisky is matured in a two-story tall bespoke solera system composed of new American oak and x Australian wine barrels. Technically, it's not old enough to be called whisky, but this shows more character than you’d expect for its age.

Young but already deeply coloured, on the nose this sweeter-styled rye hints at toffee apple, buttered Ryvita, light caramel fudge and low-key muddled mint. Oily yet fresh with good weight and feel, a fanning burst of rye spice leaves you with shades of chocolate box, oily grains and finally, mint sprigs. It's silky and very accessible rye with a winey twist. Try it with dry ginger ale and a slice of orange.

This classic Speyside from Glenfiddich is one of the world's best-selling malts. Aged for 12 years in American and European Oak casks. Glenfiddich's famous triangular bottle is a fixture in practically every bar on the globe.

Flowing in the Valley of the Deer since 1887, our family’s signature expression is the world’s most awarded single malt Scotch whisky*. With a unique freshness from the same Highland spring water we’ve used since 1887, its distinctive fruitiness comes from the high cut point William Grant always insisted upon. Carefully matured in the finest American oak and European oak sherry casks for at least 12 years, it is mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours. Creamy with a long, smooth and mellow finish, our 12 Year Old is the perfect example of Glenfiddich’s unique Speyside style and is widely proclaimed the best dram in the valley.

The One and Only New Orleans Original; Sazerac Rye Whiskey symbolizes the tradition and history of New Orleans. Rye Whiskey that dates back to the 1800’s, around the time when saloons, veiled as Coffee Houses, began lining the streets of New Orleans. It was at the Sazerac Coffee House on Royal Street where local patrons were served toddies made with Rye Whiskey and Peychaud’s Bitters. The libation became known as the “Sazerac” and America’s first branded cocktail was born:

    • 20ml Sazerac Rye
    • 20ml bourbon - we use Bulleit
    • 20ml cognac
    • 10ml absinthe, such as Lazzaroni
    • 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters (you can use Angostura instead if needed!)
    • About 70ml of chilled water

Pour the absinthe into an ice-filled tumbler, top with the water and leave to stand. Put all the other ingredients in a shaker, shake until chilled and set aside. Strain out the absinthe and water mix from the tumbler (can be poured into a chilled shot glass and served on the side, instead of just throwing it out!). Strain the contents of the shaker into this rinsed tumbler.
