Distilled at the site of the original Tuatara Brewery on our very own Kapiti Coast. Mates Chris & Simon have spent 2 years perfecting their Imagination Gin.
They start by distilling a dry gin with a little less spice and a little extra orris root for floral sweetness. They macerate raspberries in the gin for a month, strain, and add the juice they press from locally grown rhubarb.
We enjoy drinking with Strangelove No8 Tonic, a slice of lime and bruised mint.
