Briottet Creme de Litchi 700ml

Briottet Lychee is soft and fruity and would make an excellent basic ingredient in a cocktail or can be served on its own, along with a few ice cubes. Just the ticket for an exotic martini or a Red Lotus:

• 45ml Briottet Creme de Litchi
  
• 45ml vodka of your choice - we like Bond Store Kapiti
• 30ml cranberry juice

Pour into a cocktail shaker over ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a chilled Old-Fashioned tumbler filled with ice.
