Deep, dark and smoky, this Barrel Aged Negroni is a signature blend of Hastings Distillers organic gin, L’Opera bitter orange and Rubis Vermouth. Resting 18 months in 300L bespoke French oak barrels elevates the noble Negroni to a new level of richness and complexity.

Fresh citrus and orange transform into marmalade and candied peel notes. Background notes of juniper contribute dried herb and savoury flavours while the vermouth provides depth, offering ripe red berry fruit and dark chocolate.

Oak aging the Negroni harnesses toffee, mocha and sweet char notes and provides a softened mouthfeel. The result is an harmonious liqueur with a refined structure, excellent persistence and a balanced bitter finish that is perfect as a sophisticated aperitif, and equally enjoyable to conclude your evening.
