"Pink hues with a cloudy pink/white appearance lead to a bouquet of pacific rose apple skin and flesh, a light white-rose scent and chalky lees suggestions. Crisp, fruity, refreshing and dry on the palate. Fruits flavours of red apple and a strawberry-cherry mix fill the palate with flavours. Plenty of acidity and moderate length, balanced and well made in a ready to drink expression. Best from 2023 through end of summer 2026."

"Malbec grown in Hawke’s Bay’s Bridge Pa region has been crafted in an ancient method of bottling partially-fermented wine and allowing the yeast to finish their job in the bottle – so it keeps on creating fizz. The spent yeast, or “lees”, remain in the bottle so the wine has a natural haze to it. Softly fizzy and despite its bright, candy-pink appearance, it’s dry and lean with a red apple intensity, bright pepper and cherry complexity on the finish making this a sunny day sipping-sensation. Just a word to the wise. Pet Nat wines need to be opened over a sink and be prepared for ‘lots’ of spillage."

Fluorescently pink in the glass and positively bursting with raspberry flavours, this is Fun Wine. Best enjoyed during daylight hours, it's the fizz to serve over a long lunch or to kick off an evening of festivities. Be warned though; once you've had a taste, one bottle may not be enough!

Another winner from Domaine de la Baume

We've been fans of their Syrah and Chardonnay for some time and this is another go-to product we'll add to the list.
Light in colour, but plenty of depth and flavour and pleasingly dry.
Highly recommended.

Delicious white wines!

I haven’t tried every bottle in this selection yet, however, so far they are all very tasty. I’m a Chardonnay lover, always on the look out for a dryish not sweet wine and these are just right for me. An excellent mixed case and we’ll priced.

Rich and fruity

This was a very nice surprise in Wine Direct’s very welcome Plenty Under $20 category. Beautifully fruity, rich and smooth. Often the Plenty Under $20 range is a little light for the depth I like but I will definitely be reordering this one.

A great summer wine… elegant and a fine balance of lighter fruit and delicate acidity with a nice dry finish. Very drinkable with or without food. A nice change from our usual unoaked French Chardonnay
