Negroamaro, Nero d’Avola and Primitivo are just a few of Southern Italy’s red grape varietals capable of producing big-boned reds to accompany the region’s specialties. Today’s demand for fresher white wines is also bringing out the best in of the region's native white varieties Fiano, Verdeca & Falanghina that pair perfectly with the local seafood.
