"Tasty dry white here. Green melon, a little lemon/lime and peel. slight green herb. It has some glossiness, a subtle bitterness, balanced acidity, and a finish of solid length. Falls into the ‘simple things done well’ category of wine."

Sourced from vineyards in the hills of the classico area north east of Verona. A soft  pressing followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Fermented in stainless steel with  temperature control before maturation on lees for six months to build texture and complexity.
