With grapes sourced along an axis between Carcassonne and Béziers his Pays d'Oc wine region benefits from the Mediterranean climate and is a perfect place to style ripe, fruity yet understated chardonnay. It provides warm, dry summers for grapes to reach perfect maturity. To the north, the Montagne Noire (Black Mountain range) brings cooler evening temperatures to retain aromatic freshness and vibrant acidity.
