The Dampt family is famous for its winemaking expertise and young talent Vincent is the new kid on the block. We were struck by the classic elegance and approachable style of his Chablis, counterbalancing flinty minerality and soft, creamy fruit.

"Aged in stainless steel. From plots of old vines between the premier crus of Vaillons & Côte de Léchet.  This is terrific terroir for village Chablis & it shows in the wine. Pure and clean this is delicious stuff again, classic Textbook Chablis with good minerality and length.”

"This could be from nowhere else but Chablis with its nose of citrus, apple, iodine and oyster shell. The super-sleek, intense and utterly delicious medium-bodied flavors exude evident minerality on the persistent, dry and balanced finale. This will need to add depth but could well do that if it's allowed a few years of keeping."
— Burghound

"A complex Chablis, as expected from this leading Milly domaine. Always a great source of Chablis, the Dampt family have delivered again in 2021. A lighter style than the 2020, this is full of precision and purity of flavour, finished with crisp acidity and a mineral aftertaste."

“Mostly older vines looking across to Côte de Léchet. Clear lemon and lime. Very attractively balanced with just a little more generosity of fruit than the Sebastian bottling. Attractive lemon scented finish. Surprising length. Drink from 2024-2027, tasted June 2022.”
