La Monella Bianco 2021

A playfully bad girl, un-conforming, wild and natural, La Monella is an organic natural white blend of Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling.  Naturally fermented, and left in old oak french barrels for 7 months, the wine was bottled without filtration or fining. A delicious, generous wine offering tropical and white flower notes underpinned by a lovely citrus acidity..
