Malfy Gin is made in Turin using lemons grown in Siciliy and on the Amalfi coast, as well as botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica and cassia bark. The result is a refreshing gin that is perfectly suited to tonic, as well as a Martini or a Cinque Terre:
- 45ml Malfy Con Limone
- 15ml Lillet Blanc
- 15ml simple syrup, like Crawley's Cocktail Simple
- 15ml lime or lemon juice
- 2 drops of vanilla bitters, if on hand (optional)
- Basil leaves
Shake all together with ice and strain into a chilled martini/coupe glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.
