Fruity and fresh. Bittersweet Amarena cherry flavour complemented by the sweet and soft taste of black cherry. Gin notes of juniper and lemon contribute to the complexity. A flawless sweet-sour balance.

Try it in a Cherry Bramble:

• 60ml Malfy con Amarena Cherry Gin

• 30ml fresh lemon juice

• 15ml maraschino liqueur - we like Heering, but you can also use maraschino syrup from a jar of cherries!

• 1/4 cup fresh cherries, stemmed and pitted

• Ice

In a shaker, muddle together with ice the gin, lemon juice, maraschino liquid of choice, and the pitted cherries. Really smash up those cherries!

Strain into a chilled glass filled halfway with ice. Garnish with fresh cherries, lemon slices, and fresh mint.
