Domaine Vincent Dampt Côte de Léchet Premier Cru Chablis 2021
93 POINTS: Jasper Morris MW
94 POINTS: Wine Direct Tasting Team
100% Chardonnay
Vine Age 55 years
"Grown on 55+ year old vines this Chablis is very flattering, with a strikingly expressive nose. Creamy, round & with a full mouthfeel, this is well-structured, with a classic underlying minerality, that could only have been produced in Chablis. Made by the youngest 'rising star' of the Dampt wine-making family, this wine pairs particularly well with roasted lobster and chicken breast!"

"Delightful pale lemon and lime. Some elegance to the nose. Not very extrovert at this stage. More length and less mineral is Vincent’s view of Léchet, in contrast to Vaillons. Good body, white fruit wanting to emerge but there is still a limey framework."
