"Two thirds whole bunch vinification and one third new wood. Rich but exciting red fruit, a mix of berries, plenty of pepper, very promising. Sweet dark cherry and raspberry with almost a chocolate coating but it has stayed fresh, vivid and juicy, very good indeed."

There is excellent density and intensity to the racy medium weight flavors that terminate in a clean and dry in the best sense finish where the oak influence displayed by the nose resurfaces.
