Dolin Blanc is a French sweet vermouth and the original Vermouth de Chambéry AOC. It is made by infusing 33 botanicals in Ugni Blanc wine which is then fortified and sweetened. 

Rich and flavourful with hints of gooseberry and apple. Substitute in recipes that call for bianco vermouth, or add seltzer and a twist for a refreshing, easy to sip drink.
