De Chanceny Vouvray Brut Excellence 2021
93 POINTS: Cameron Douglas MS
"Golden and yellow hues lead to the bouquet of medium+ intensity led by scents of autolysis and baked goods then fresh and baked apple, pear and some white fleshed stone fruits. As the wine begins to become ambient these scents increase in intensity and power. A nice even explosion on the palate as the mousse is released upon contact with the palate. Flavours of pears and apples are wrapped in the autolysis and acidity. Some toastiness begins to emerge after a couple of minutes and as part of the overall length and finish. Balanced and well made with medium+ length. Rather delicious with best drinking from day of purchase through 2032."

This creamy and soft bubbles has medium intensity nose, with notes of peach, lemon, tangerine, candied fruit and macadamia nuts. On the palate flavors of quince, hazelnuts and ginger. Good acidity and a long life. This wine is made from Chenin Blanc.
