Crawley's Yuzu Syrup 750ml

Crawley's Yuzu Syrup is sweet and sour with a mix between tangy lemon, bitter grapefruit, orange blossom, bright lime, and fresh orange. Yuzu’s natural bright-tart flavour profile is underlined with hints of floral and high citrus-herbal notes. Using yuzu juice, this latest syrup delivers a powerful aroma and flavour which really shines through in any cocktail.

Enjoy in a Zig-a-zig-ah Daiquiri, Camellia Collins, Margarita, or as an alternative sweetener when simple syrup is called for.

We've been fans of their Syrah and Chardonnay for some time and this is another go-to product we'll add to the list.
Light in colour, but plenty of depth and flavour and pleasingly dry.
Highly recommended.

Delicious white wines!

I haven’t tried every bottle in this selection yet, however, so far they are all very tasty. I’m a Chardonnay lover, always on the look out for a dryish not sweet wine and these are just right for me. An excellent mixed case and we’ll priced.

Rich and fruity

This was a very nice surprise in Wine Direct’s very welcome Plenty Under $20 category. Beautifully fruity, rich and smooth. Often the Plenty Under $20 range is a little light for the depth I like but I will definitely be reordering this one.

A great summer wine… elegant and a fine balance of lighter fruit and delicate acidity with a nice dry finish. Very drinkable with or without food. A nice change from our usual unoaked French Chardonnay
