Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur 700ml

A liqueur like no other - prepare to be transported to the beaches of the Dominican Republic! Chinola gives you the aromatic fragrance and taste profile of raw passionfruit (chinola) juice.

Delicious over ice by itself or mixed to create sensational cocktails. Our favourite is a Passionstar Martini (you might know it by another name...but that's not important):

• 45ml vanilla vodka
• 25ml Chinola Passionfruit Liqueur
• 25ml lime juice
• 15ml simple syrup, such as Crawley's
• 45-60ml sparkling wine, such as Charles de Fere
  

Combine ingredients except the wine in a shaker, add ice & shake. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a shot of sparkling wine on the side
