Our third stop is the three historic terroirs of Leuvrigny, Damery and Venteuil where the Meunier varietal gives the wine its distinctive identity. A careful selection process based on the purity of the fruit and the balance of flavours for a style definition even closer to the low dosage

A golden yellow hue with lime and violet aromas on the nose, juicy citrus is present and onto the palate, white cherry, pear and redcurrant. The Meunier is giving a great texture and with 4 years on lees the mid palate is rounded and balancing the acidity. Has a great finish with hints of bright citrus fruits and a hint of pepper and dash of salinity. Love the balance and energy.
