60ml Barsol Quebranta Puro

30ml lime juice
- 20ml sugar syrup - like Crawley's Cocktail Simple
- 1/2 a fresh egg white
- 2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Put all ingredients without the bitters in a shaker. Add ice and shake 20 to 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and let the cocktail bitters drip on the crown of foam.
