“The 2021 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Kabinett is deep, pure, intense and flinty on the nose, with weathered and crushed slate aromas. Lush and piquant on the palate this is a mouth-filling, round and a little bit sweet Sonnenuhr Kabinett with a saline and crisp finish. Tasted as a sample in July 2022. 8.5% alcohol.”
