Vignobles La Baume Chardonnay Limoux has matured for ten months in wooden barrels, one third of which is in new wood. You will immediately notice this from the tropical scents and the creamy style of this wine.

Set in the foothills of the Pyrenees in southern France, Limoux excels at Chardonnay. Domaine La Baume is leading the way in showcasing the potential of the area and the wider Languedoc region. The grapes for this white wine are handpicked and whole bunch pressed, then aged in oak for eight months. Full-bodied, creamy and with flavourful layers of tropical and stone fruit, this is a real food wine. Try it with white meats, fish or creamy dishes.
