From the traditional knowledge of the Toschi family and the botanical properties of 20 herbs, roots and spices of the territory, the secret recipe of Amaro Toschi was born in 1949, a few years after the foundation of the distillery based in Vignola. Handed down to the present day, it preserves all the alchemy and nature of its origins.
With an amber color and a balanced taste, try the Toschi Amaro smooth, cold or with ice, and a lemon zest
Red fruits, spice and slightly gamey, smokey flavour. Tannins add a bit of structure but still soft. Finish is tart red fruit. Lots of flavour but won't overwhelm most meals. Great with aged cheeses.
