Growers love the Pagadebit grape for its ability to ripen even in lean years (hence the name, which translates as ‘debt payer’), while its floral scents and refreshing citrus character make it a big hit with wine lovers too. This fragrant white lets Pagadebit shine solo, delivering brilliant freshness and fruit flavour. It's from a family estate founded in 1929, that has recently benefited from a new, state of the art, eco-friendly winery. Now Poderi dal Nespoli has been named one of the top five cellars in the region and their wines are exported around the world. The winemaker is local star Piergiuseppe Grimaldi, who makes good use of his knowledge of the area to produce this pure fruit white. Ideal with fish, chicken or creamy pasta.
