"A benchmark expression of Sauvignon Blanc from the chalky, flint and limestone soils of Sancerre. Pale lemon in the glass with green reflections, the nose is lifted and precise—bursting with aromas of citrus zest, white peach, gooseberry and freshly cut herbs, underpinned by a subtle flinty minerality. The palate is taut and vibrant, showing crystalline acidity that drives through layers of citrus, orchard fruits and a chalk-dust texture. Elegant, bone-dry and beautifully balanced, it finishes long, clean and mineral with a lingering note of lime and wet stone."
