Mondillo Rosé contains 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a defined parcel of the vineyard grown specifically for our Rosé. The single clone selected offers this wine red fruit flavours with a mid-palate lusciousness and fruit sweetness. The Rosé fruit was de-stemmed with the juice left on the skins for 48 hours to establish the vibrant raspberry-pink colour and then gently pressed.
