Pinot blanc can be made from the auxerrois grape, as per appellation rules in Alsace, and this is 100% auxerrois, certified organic. It has fresh, bright fruit on the nose followed by the creamier texture typical of the grape variety.

The Pinot Blanc Midelberg is 100% Auxerrois from limestone soils around the commune, vinified in large foudres. It offers a pure, aromatic nose with a hint of flint and white orchard fruit. The palate is round, juicy, and finely textured, with a supple body and a saline, clean long finish.
