On tasting you feel the richness of licorice, slightly grassy with custard, orange zest, papaya and nutmeg. A restricted single cask release of around 300 bottles of a delicious rum from the exotic island of Cuba. Column distilled from molasses and aged in an American oak barrel.
Red fruits, spice and slightly gamey, smokey flavour. Tannins add a bit of structure but still soft. Finish is tart red fruit. Lots of flavour but won't overwhelm most meals. Great with aged cheeses.
