A voluptuous, smooth shiraz with grapes sourced from Langhorne Creek, one of South Australia’s most renowned premium wine regions. This de-alcoholised red wine tastes like a classic Aussie Shiraz and contains the added benefits of skin-loving antioxidants from grape skin extract.

Like all Plus & Minus wines, this has been uniquely hand-crafted resulting in a vibrant and full-flavoured vino. Expect a palate of black fruits, dark chocolate and hints of oak with a thin weave of tannins and a medium-bodied finish.

Great for a warm.day

Light and dry. Finish a bit short. Very different from my usual fuller flavored Chards. Pleasant change. Reflects its terroir

Mouthful of fruit and spice

Red fruits, spice and slightly gamey, smokey flavour. Tannins add a bit of structure but still soft. Finish is tart red fruit. Lots of flavour but won't overwhelm most meals. Great with aged cheeses.
