Like all Plus & Minus wines, this has been uniquely hand-crafted resulting in a vibrant and full-flavoured vino. Expect a palate of black fruits, dark chocolate and hints of oak with a thin weave of tannins and a medium-bodied finish.
Red fruits, spice and slightly gamey, smokey flavour. Tannins add a bit of structure but still soft. Finish is tart red fruit. Lots of flavour but won't overwhelm most meals. Great with aged cheeses.
