Fully expressing the vintage, and the site, their Bannockburn Pinot Noir exudes notes of ripe black cherries, dried herbs and savoury notes of forest floor. An evocative wine that is rich, textured and structured yet elegant and refined. A fine wine to age but also drinking beautifully now.
Red fruits, spice and slightly gamey, smokey flavour. Tannins add a bit of structure but still soft. Finish is tart red fruit. Lots of flavour but won't overwhelm most meals. Great with aged cheeses.
