The palate is wonderfully poised, combining ripe stone fruit and creamy texture with a fine mineral edge and vibrant natural acidity. Beautifully judged French oak adds depth and savoury complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The finish is long, elegant and persistent, with a lovely balance of richness, freshness and restraint.
