"Fresh and vibrant with luscious aromas of dark cherries, blood plums, dried herbs and blackcurrants. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with finely integrated tannins and bright acidity, giving generous notes of mulberries, mocha, ferric earth and violets. A wonderful balance of fresh fruit with a savory undertone.”
 - James Suckling

“Deep, deep crimson in the glass with aromas of macerated satsuma plum, black cherry and blackberry fruits and hints of baking spices, licorice, dark chocolate, earth, roasting meats and gently spiced oak. There is a depth and distinct ‘Barossa-ness’ that belies this wine’s prices tag. Structured and purely fruited; there is a lot of enjoyment here for the price tag. Yeah!”
- James Halliday

"Sons of Eden consistently produce well-loved, high-scoring wines. This Barossa Valley Shiraz is no exception - it's a well-made, sophisticated wine, deep and dark in the glass. It's alive with sweet cassis and cherry drops, intense black fruit, spicy plum and mocha. A real powerhouse of a wine that's elevated by lovely mouthwatering acidity"
 - Decanter Magazine

The Marschall Shiraz showcases the incredible value and quality that Sons of Eden consistently deliver. Named in honour of David Marschall, a pioneering Barossa vigneron, this wine draws fruit from the Tanunda and Ebenezer sub-regions, combining the aromatic lift of sandy soils with the density and structure of iron-rich clays.

Crafted by Simon Cowham and Corey Ryan, the wine underwent extended skin contact and maturation in a mix of new and seasoned oak for 14 months. This careful yet unfussy winemaking approach highlights the ripe, generous fruit of the Barossa while maintaining a modern freshness.

Expect vibrant notes of dark berries and subtle spice, balanced by velvety tannins and a supple texture. It’s deliciously drinkable now, offering immediate enjoyment without sacrificing the potential to improve over the next few years.
