Always a darling of the fine dining scene, Seresin seamlessly balances old fashioned palate weight with the tighter modern chardonnay style and the 2024 is bang on. Crafted from certified biodynamic fruit, the wine underwent 100% wild fermentation in French oak before spending 9 months maturing in barriques and puncheons. The result is a very rewarding, complex chardonnay with savoury texture, depth and impeccable balance. It comes highly recommended.
