A rich, dense expression of Pinot Gris that is reminiscent of some finer examples from Alsace; albeit with a new world twist. Flavours of ripe yellow pear, white flowers and spice follow through on to the palate, which is sumptuously layered with fruit; yet is savoury, textural and dry. The finish is focused and defined by a mineral acidity.
