A classy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc displaying a vibrant nose with bright aromas of ripe tropical and stone fruit characters. The palate is subtle, yet generous and textural, with delicate notes of lemon blossom and passionfruit. The finish is refreshing, crisp and dry.

"Produced by the team that makes Seresin wines this example showcases aromas and flavours of fresh Meyer lemon and white peach, white flowers and a light stony mineral quality framed with soft fresh herbs and apple flesh. A great summer wine… elegant and a fine balance of lighter fruit and delicate acidity with a nice dry finish. Very drinkable with or without food. A nice change from our usual unoaked French Chardonnay

It is a great wine to drink. Always great to taste a fabulous chardonnay. Hope you can bring the Domaine Collotte Chardonnay. It will sell like very well in New Zealand. Please advise when it is available.
