Batch distilled in their 150L Arnold Holstein still, and cut to strength with Kaweka spring water.

Evoking our ancient Kauri forests and distilled from an organic Sauvignon Blanc base, I.F. has lifted sandalwood, peat smoke, and grilled citrus notes. An opulent and spicy palate with lingering flavours of bitter orange and resin. 

Best enjoyed neat.
