“There is a lot of finesse in this great Beauregard site from 2020. Chiseled out of stone with great minerality & purity, this is a very precise and fine Chablis. Lemon, ripe pear, and green apple lead into layers of chalk, wet stone, and a touch of hazelnut from extended aging. The palate is powerful yet finely chiseled, with a creamy mid-palate balanced by piercing acidity and a long, saline finish. This has great depth, weight, and aging potential, making it a standout for those who appreciate structured, long-lived white Burgundy.”
