Decibel Hawke's Bay Pinot Gris 'Giunta' 2024

Fresh pears and hints of aromatic spice in this departure from the typical Pinot Gris of heavier fruit and alcohol.  This one is refreshing, perky and pleasurable.

This Pinot Gris is a well-balanced and fruit-driven wine with a touch of wild complexity. Flavours of fresh pear, apple crumble, and a squeeze of lemon with an aromatic nose of cinnamon, beeswax, baking spice, and jasmine notes. The pallet is a nice tension between crisp zesty acidity and the textural lick of roundness of the finish.
