A blend of Colombard, Rolle and Sauvignon Blanc, this has the crisp acid that people look for in a Savvy but with a load of delicious aromatics to back it up. There's lime leaf, white flowers, pear and a little minerality. Great with seafood or a nice soft cheese, this is a quality quaffer for your next casual dinner or long lunch.
