Blend: 78% Pinot Meunier & 22% Pinot Noir from the Premier Cru vineyards Dormans, Festigny & Venteuil.

The base wine is from the 2019 vintage (57%) with reserve wines from the 2018 to 2015 vintages make up the balance.

Fermented in a mix of tank and barrel, and blended with reserve wines from 2015–2018, this cuvée spent two years on lees before release. The result? Serious depth and texture, without losing the vibrant fruit core that makes grower Champagne so irresistible.

Made in the extra brut style, the wine is a much deeper golden bronze hue. The nose offers notes of raspberries, stonefruit, strawberries and chalk. Expect ripe orchard fruit, fine bubbles, a hint of toast, and that clean, mineral line you only get from low-dosage Extra Brut Champagne. Freshness meets finesse, richness meets restraint — we love it!
