Cantine Cellaro is one of Sicily's leading cooperative wineries, located near Sambuca di Sicilia in the island's south-west, overlooking the beautiful Lago Arancio (Lake Arancio). Established in 1969, it has grown from a local growers' cooperative into a modern winery with an international reputation while remaining firmly rooted in its community.

Cellaro works with more than 600 grower members, farming around 1,500 hectares of vineyards spread across the provinces of Agrigento, Trapani and Palermo. The vineyards range from approximately 50–600 metres above sea level, giving access to a variety of soils including clay, limestone and sandy sites.
