"Pale gold with a wonderfully fresh, lifted nose of green apple, almonds, sea breeze and delicate flor. The palate is bone-dry and beautifully focused, combining crisp citrus and green apple with toasted almond, chamomile and a distinctive salty, saline freshness. Light on its feet but packed with flavour, with a long, dry, nutty finish. A superb aperitif and an ideal match for olives, almonds, jamón, seafood, tapas and fresh oysters."
