"Full yellow in colour this has a sense of delicacy: it’s fresh, quite fruity, has nice brightness, and then a moderate tang from the flor. You can get more concentrated, intense biologically aged Manzanillas, but this one has drinkability, balance and real class. There’s a nice saltiness, and just a hint of old cask richness lingering in the background. Chill this down and drink liberally."

Pale yellow in colour with a brilliantly clean appearance, this manzanilla is subtle and unique. The fortified alcoholic element is very delicate with hints of whisky on the palate combined with salty air and chamomile. It has an intensity and finesse which reveals itself through layers of flavour. Dry, smooth and harmonious with a long pleasant finish.
