The domaine is managed by Ludovic Pierrot, who oversees both vineyard cultivation and winemaking. Pierrot’s approach emphasizes minimal intervention, allowing the characteristics of the terroir to shine through. The 2018 vintage was hand-harvested, with 80% destemmed and subjected to a cold soak. Fermentation occurred in oak barrels, 20% of which were new, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged for 16 months without filtration, allowing it to develop its characteristic depth and structure.
