Cinco Sentidos Espadin Capon is a rare expression of traditional Oaxacan mezcal crafted from capone agave plants, mature espadin that have been allowed to flower before harvest, a practice that yields a spirit of uncommon depth and complexity.

Rich and layered with cooked agave, green herbs, subtle fruit, and earthy smoke that reflects the extended growth of the plant. Long and warming with lingering minerality, smoke, and a soft floral echo that sets this expression apart from conventional espadin mezcal. 

Cinco Sentidos Espadin Capon stands beautifully on its own served neat, but its herbal complexity also makes it a compelling base for a mezcal Negroni or a smoky Mezcal Sour.
