Bright ruby color and intense aroma, fruity with hints of cherry, plum and pomegranate, spicy notes and Mediterranean herbs. Well structured, quite warm, soft, savory and with a pleasant freshness in the finish. Excellent with salami and cold cuts, robust first courses, red meats and cheeses.
