Windspiel Premium Sloe Gin 500ml

Windspiel Premium Sloe Gin is macerated in the Windspiel Premium Gin with the addition of a natural sloe juice. The fruit which wonderfully complements all the other botanicals, gives the gin its special character and its wonderfully reddish tint.

Juniper forward, notes of aromatic sloe berries and traces of floral citrus notes. A rich, luxurious mouthfeel carries notes of fresh raspberry and damson, with underlying floral elements and citrus on the finish.

Try it in a Rosy Sundowner:

• 45ml Windspiel Sloe Gin
• 30ml ruby grapefruit juice
• 15ml simple syrup, like Crawley's Cocktail Simple
• Tonic water (or soda water, if preferred)
• Strawberries
• Grapefruit peel

Muddle the strawberries slightly in a shaker, then add the remaining ingredients (apart from the tonic water), add ice and shake. Double strain into a chilled glass, and top up with tonic/soda water. Stir again, squeeze the grapefruit peel over the finished drink to express the oils, and drop into the drink for garnish.
