This wine grows sparsely, without any loess or clay, just pure gray phyllite slate. Short maceration time of 6 to 24 hours. Fermented and matured spontaneously in barrels, the wine remains on the lees until summer. After another historically dry and very sunny summer, it rained in the fall. However, the grapes were largely very healthy. The team was nevertheless busy in the vineyards and worked completely organically, certification will follow soon. The Turmberg is the most barren site and therefore produces the most extreme wine in terms of its purist expression of the soil.
